Has it really been 3 months since my last post? By now most of you probably know that we welcomed our sweet little Levi into the world on August 19th. A whole 10 days late, but just on time. I am in the process of compiling a post to introduce you to our little bundle of joy, so stay tuned with an update in the next few days.
About 2 months after we met Levi for the first time, our dear neighbors welcomed their 5th daughter- yes they have 5 girls under the age of 6 (or is it 7? )Coraline into their family. I have to be honest and admit that I was hoping for a little boy that could be Levi’s buddy, but who says they can’t still be friends right? When we moved into our home a couple years ago we were so excited to befriend this wonderful, loving family and discover they attend the church that I grew up in and that we have a number of mutual friends. Back then the 5 girls were only 3 girls and we’ve been blessed to see Jodi and Trevor joined by Juniper and Coraline as well as glean from their masters degrees in parenting:)
When Levi went to meet his new little girlfriend, I tagged along and was able to get a few frames in of Coraline and her Momma, as well as her 4 proud older sisters. Coraline, you are such a little peanut. One day you will realize how blessed you are to be part of such a loving family. I can’t wait to watch you blossom and grow in the years to come.
